A great Sunday morning at Fusion @ Haworth!!!

If you were missing today from the MAC you missed perhaps our best Sunday yet. Four in for pads early at nine followed by another four learning how to let someone pass your guard (wait, did he just say that!) in the BJJ class. This was finished off by five hungry kids learning and playing a bunch of fun games including how to deal with a couple of monsters. Same again next week folks!
