Leg drag position dominates the landscape during Monday night’s BJJ class at The MAC

We had another packed day of classes at The MAC at Haworth just yesterday, with an early morning mixed stand-up class, teamed with an evening BJJ session.

The morning session started at 9am, with the group blasting through a Bulgarian bag warm-up and three minute rounds on the pads before turning their attention to each other with a little sparring.

Later in the day we had our BJJ class, with the group continuing to work on their flow drills before focusing on getting to and controlling the leg drag position. From there we looked at a very technical way of mounting our opponent.

A big well done to everyone who turned up including Adam, Roxy, Ewa, Alex, Bartosz, Mark, Michelle, Richard, Chris and Cat.

See you next time on the mats…
