Side kicks, sprawling and clinching all covered during tonight’s double header of classes

Another fun-filled evening was had by all at the Fusion Martial Arts Centre at Haworth tonight, as we got busy during both of our “Mixed stand-up class” and “Adults MMA class”.

First up was our striking class, with our students going through their paces during straight line drills, padwork and a little bit of sparring. Then it was time to mix it up with the MMA, with the group looking at how to clinch against an aggressive striking opponent. It was all capped off with a bit of rolling.

Well done to all of those that attended including Cat, Mark, Georgina, Matt, Jonny, Graham and Owen.
