Thunder and lightening doesn’t stop members of The MAC turning up to train this Monday night

We had another exciting Monday at The MAC at Haworth, with members flocking in for both morning and evening sessions despite a storm tonight.

We kicked the day off with our ever popular Mixed Stand-up class, giving our members chance to hit pads before turning their attentions to each other in the form of a little light sparring.

The evening classes begun with our newest Kids MMA class, with the group looking at how to control someone should they try to roll while you were mounting them, as well as their basic striking combinations.

The night ended with our mid-week BJJ class, with the group focusing on mount controls and how being tight in the right way might lead to certain opportunities. The night ended with a little blind-rolling.

A big well done to everyone who attended throughout the day including Michelle, Adam, Alex, Andrea, Tony, Jessica, Cat and Richard.
